Enforcing what one thinks is right and wrong on everyone else is just not right. If they meant 'people' as in 'Malaysian Muslims', and 'blocking' done as a 'Shariah Law' then I suppose everything sounds less inconsiderate. Even so, try rereading the statement with the new words/meaning in mind, it still seems ridiculous.
Come on, you think the Rakyat (or "people", in your own words) like bad things?
