WeiPhone forum shows picture of a bin full of 'iPhone C' packages. There's no way to verify if these are from Apple or just some knockoffs. Assuming they're Apples', it could very well be the budget iPhone! And 'C' could stand for 'Color', 'plastiC', or even 'polyCarbonate'! ;)
